By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to these terms of service

General Rules

- Please credit me as the author if you post commission art anywhere
- If you use the model as a throwable, for streaming, etc., please link my Twitter somewhere on your Twitch/Youtube channel
- I can post any commissioned piece on my social media and use it for my portfolio. Please let me know if you would like the piece to not be posted, or not be posted before a certain date (if it is a gift, for example)
- You may NOT remove my signature under artwork
- If you need your art before a specific date, this will incur a rush fee (+30% of the commission price)
- If you want to use artwork for commercial usage please discuss it with me
- You may NOT use my artwork for A.I. Apps, NFTs

Additional Info

- This is a digital product and does NOT need to be delivered by postal services
- Characters with complex designs may simplified due to the chibi form of the model
- It may take a long time to reply to your emails due to different time zones. My UTC+5

Process

- After receiving the completed Google form, I will contact you via email within 1-3 days and inform that your form has been accepted and send you a PayPal invoice
- You will be added to my public Trello list so you may view your position in the queue at any time
- Commissions will be done within 1-2 months
- You can ask for minimal changes once I finish your commission
- I will send you the finished work via email using Google Drive (be sure to save the files to your hard drive, as I clean out Google Drive)

Payment

- All transactions are made through PayPal invoicing
- All of my prices are in USD
- Do not send me payment until I have confirmed your commission. Always wait for my response first
- I will only start working on the commissioned piece after the full payment has been made
- You have 48 hours to pay the full sum of the price for your commission. Otherwise, you forfeit your slot(s)
- Refunds are NOT allowed (so please think carefully before commissioning me)

About 3D Model's File

- Selling and sharing of 3D files is NOT allowed
- Using my models like bases for your own art/commisions is NOT allowed (f.e you may NOT modify the base model for other characters)
- My models are provided unrigged. If you intend to use them for VRChat, VTubing, or similar platforms, you are welcome to commission another artist for rigging and necessary preparations.

- Please note that my models are not pre-optimized or configured for VRChat or VTubing. Additional adjustments will be required if you plan to use them on these platforms, as the models were not originally created for such use.
- You must request and receive permission from me before making any modifications to the model. This includes rigging, animation, and adapting the model for VRChat, VTubing, or similar purposes.
